When your returned items arrive at our warehouse, they will be checked to ensure:

• The items are unused and undamaged

• Labels are attached

• The return form and receipt are complete

If everything is in order:

• Your return will be approved

• You will receive a confirmation SMS

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Return shipping costs:

• If you use our contracted courier companies, the return shipping fee is covered by LC Waikiki.

• If you use another courier company, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Important note:

• If your card is lost, stolen, or no longer active, please contact us so we can assist you with your refund.

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

To change an item:

• Return the original product by following the return process.

• After the refund is completed,

• Place a new order for the desired item

You may return your items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In their original condition

• With all labels attached

• Without any change in shape, style, or color

Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene policy:

• Underwear

• Swimwear

• Socks

Items purchased online cannot be returned to stores.

Return steps:

• Fill in the return form included in your order.

• If you lost it, download it from our website.

• Create a return request from:
  My Account > My Orders > Order > Return Request

• Send the item(s) together with the return form and purchase receipt.

Courier options:

• Onway – for cash & card payments

• ICS – for card payments only

You may request a courier pickup or deliver the package to the nearest courier office.
